Yes. And I do know the answer to this, but I will ask anyway. Was there any particular reason this was on your mind, Lauren?

Yes, yes. So we are running up on the Lunar New Year in a number of cultures. Happy cleaning and cooking to anyone who is in the midst of all of that.

And many wishes for a sweet start to your new year. Yes, yes. And Lauren and I were discussing,

this is one of my favorite food times of year. I love so many Lunar New Year foods. I don't know if I ever had Taiwanese pineapple cake.

I strongly believe that I have not.

I think by the time I would have had exposure to them, I already knew that I shouldn't really

eat pineapple because it makes me really sick.

So this was an episode full of really awful cravings, cravings of the type that I cannot

fulfill, at least not without risk. I, yeah. So. Yes. I always feel so bad, but you know, I'll let you know how it is if I find one.

Oh my goodness. Please do. Please do. It's so funny. Pineapple is the one that gets people, like, of my entire list of things that I can't eat, which is pretty long.

Like, I get to pineapple and people go, oh, oh, darling, I'm so sorry.

I'm like, oh, bud.

Yeah, it's pretty good. Yeah, yeah, it is. Yeah, it is. But yes, these pineapple cakes are a popular food during certainly Taiwanese Lunar New Year festivals and celebrations and, yeah, other times the year as well.

Yeah, very celebratory, it seems.
