Good morning, everyone.

Can you hear me all right? Is that loud enough for everyone?

It is, of course, a strange question.

Because if you don't hear, I think you won't answer it.

So I trust it's loud enough.

I'm happy to be here with you.

And I just come back from having a taught-of-retreat that spirit rock, which was still feels like it's part of me.

And before that, I've gone on a kind of a three-day retreat that I will talk about in a few minutes.

It's a little bit louder. I think it needs to be louder.

So let's see, is it loud enough now? Is it coming along?

There is our hearing system devices that some people use on just on the counter and just on the other room.

It seems like is it loud? Should we do it a little bit louder?

A little bit. Maybe just a little bit.

When I taught that spirit rock, they did something which was unusual for me.

They had the speaker systems on really loud.

And it was kind of surprising.

My hearing was getting weaker.

I kind of discovered that I didn't realize how hard I was trying to listen when my hearing was going.

I thought it was just normal or something.

With hearing system devices and these loud speakers at spirit rock, I said, oh, look at that gill.
