Thank you. I am a mom of a 12-year-old, and I would like to say a special good morning to her.

I call her my former picky eater, now healthy eater, so good morning, missed it.

And we will be sharing some strategies today of how to deal with the picky child, but I don't

want to lose any other listeners who maybe don't have a picky child or a picky eater at home.

Many of the concepts that we'll talk about today can be used for various other conditions.

Eating real foods and balance with a little supplementation is actually how I eliminated my high triglyceride problem.

I was at an alarmingly dangerous level of about 185.

So I was able to knock 900 points off for that and get myself down to a healthy number under 150.
