Mostly outside.

Parts of London have flooded yet again,

as heavy rain continues in the capital.

Storms are predicted to bring more thunder, lightning.

Very, very frightening.

Heavy rain saw tube stations filled with water. See, the rain is actually inside. I said that the weather was outside. It's being inside. That's the problem.
