0:55.0	and that is Tom Stimpson, and Tom is our head of horticulture.
1:03.7	He kind of oversees everything from the beauty and the compatibility of the range as well as being in charge of all the growing at our nursery in Lincolnshire.
1:08.3	So he's kind of absolutely overseeing the horticultural side,
1:13.5	as well as getting his hands dirty. But why I wanted him to come on is he has the most
1:20.4	wonderful garden, which he's going to tell us all about, which is a small-ish, he'll tell us how big, urban garden, and he'll tell us where and the
1:30.7	wise and wherefores and his passions. So welcome Tom. It's really lovely to have you on the podcast,
1:36.3	and I'm so looking forward to sort of picking your brains on things. So first of all, how long have
1:42.5	you been gardening, Tom? Oh, cririckees for years since I was a
1:47.6	small child helping my mum, who is a very keen and avid gardener. And I just loved it right from the
1:55.2	word go, really. I've always been attracted to colour and lots of it. So yeah, that's where it all started really
2:02.1	when I was at primary school. And so how did you develop your horticultural bent? I used to
2:08.8	help my mum plant up all of the summer containers. So we'd work out our planting combinations,
2:16.2	our colours, colour palette for the for the season. So every year we'd work out our planting combinations, our colours, colour palette for the season.
