and that is Tom Stimpson, and Tom is our head of horticulture.

He kind of oversees everything from the beauty and the compatibility of the range as well as being in charge of all the growing at our nursery in Lincolnshire.

you been gardening, Tom? Oh, cririckees for years since I was a

small child helping my mum, who is a very keen and avid gardener. And I just loved it right from the

word go, really. I've always been attracted to colour and lots of it. So yeah, that's where it all started really

when I was at primary school. And so how did you develop your horticultural bent? I used to

help my mum plant up all of the summer containers. So we'd work out our planting combinations,
