1:25.7	Ah, the 3rd, the 3rd district. I love it. It's part of Le Marais, not all of it, but
1:31.1	the 3rd Arondissement is the perfect balance between the old and the new. It's where you find
1:35.3	the house of Nicola Flamele, for instance, the alchemist who really existed, the one in
1:40.0	Harry Potter's books, but it's also where you find the upcoming stores, the trendiest places.
1:46.1	So whether you're a history buff or you just want to follow the new trends and get to the
1:50.1	new eateries, it's the place to go to.
