the Queen will not be attending the state opening of Parliament. So Prince Charles will stand in

for his mother. I think this is the first time in 59, 60 years, something like that, which means that she really isn't very well.

And, you know, it's also quite a strain doing that. You have to sit in this horse-drawn

carriage. It's like a landau, but it's quite pos posh and they are the most uncomfortable vehicles you've

ever been everybody will tell you that they've got no suspension on these things the every bump you

feel and then she'd have to walk for a bit because you've got to walk all the way through and then

she's got to sit down then she's got to give a speech and i think they obviously looked at her and they said, listen, maybe, maybe not, actually.

So this is only the third time in her 70-year reign.

Prince Charles will now read the speech for the first time.
