series on Mindset of a Champion. Last time we talked about just getting off the couch and getting started and what that means and what some good action items are for getting started.

But now there's a lot of you out there that are already started. You're in pretty good shape and now you're thinking you know what maybe I want to do a race. Maybe I want to do an event. Maybe I want to compete at Cross Fit in a local competition or try the open or maybe I want to get in a Spartan race or something like that.
