Summary

This episode is a little different, because it’s more of a conversation between friends than an interview. Karolina is one of my best friends, and she’s such a smart, wise, fascinating person. She’s also a mom, a chef, and a really great friend. We have a good thing going with our nightly phone calls and I hope eavesdropping on us helps you feel a little less alone, entertains you, or inspires you to call your friends.

Although this isn't really an interview, it's just a conversation between us, between friends,

you a big announcement from this week so when i was 22 i randomly got very into self-help and

personal growth and i would sit in the self-help section

of the bookstore surrounded by people bruised and searching, and I was a little bruised and

2:11.9

definitely a lot curious. And I read all of those books, all the personal growth, all the self-help. And I interviewed a lot of

2:19.5

those authors on this podcast and I even wrote a self-help book. But what I realized is that those

2:25.7

answers I was searching for aren't really answers. And I'm not going to find them in a book or a

guru or a person or relationship. They're in myself.

2:36.9

And there's wisdom and intuition. That's where the answers are. And I just have to let them out,
