I'm going to All right. Well, we are taking a little bit of a break from our financial and city planning

podcast that you have come to know and love. And we will talk about the sport that we actually

zoning laws out. Mailbag questions in. A little bit of basketball talk here today. We solicited

some mailbag questions in Discord on Twitter, everywhere we could think of. I've got a whole bunch of topics to talk about.

How you doing, Kyle?

I am hanging in there.

I was just reading all sorts of things about arenas and long-term impact studies.

And I feel like that's what my job has turned into over the past couple of weeks.

I'm sure I'll have some comments about my friends at Comcast. At some point on this show, otherwise, I'm hanging in there. Just looking forward to answering some actual basketball questions. It really is. It really is. It really is. We're worrying about where we're going to park or where a Pacco station is or any of the other various.

We joked last week that we were going to talk about some pick and rolls here on our next show.

And then the follow-up article on the arena came up much quicker than I was hoping for.

So I'm very happy to be back here talking about.

Not that I want to say we are experts about basketball,

but we at the very least have a much higher base of knowledge than we do about arena and city planning.

So I'm excited for that. Sightly more qualified to talk about the Sixers on the floor than whether city council is going to improve a $1.5 billion real estate project.

I think maybe starting off with our Discord since they do pay to hang out with us.
