Welcome to the politics guys. I'm Michael Barronowski, a political scientist at Northern Kentucky University.

My co-host this week, as always, is Cleveland Area Attorney and sometime Republican strategist, Jay Carson.

Longtime politics guys listeners might recall that a while back, I promised that we'd keep the show going throughout the election and the inauguration

of the next president. I wanted to give you an update on where we are now. We will still keep

the show going until the presidential inauguration, and we're hoping to keep on doing it well

after that, too, ideally throughout the entire Trump administration. But for that to happen,

we need your help.

Putting together the weekly news discussion and politics guys interviews has really become a part-time job.

And the generous financial support we've received from some of you has allowed us to pay the bills,

and we are incredibly grateful for that.

But for us to keep things going much past this spring, we're going
