It's a July 6, 2026 edition of PFT.

We are halfway through the PFT Live hiatus. We'll be back exactly three

weeks from today, July 27, training camps for the most part will be open. I'll be here probably

every weekday from now until then. We'll see. May try to get away for a couple of days,

but depending upon where I go and the quality

of the Wi-Fi still may be able to do this, but probably not going anywhere. We're covering from

the herniated disc. It started as an SI joint misalignment. It became a herniated disc. It was

pretty bad, very bad for a few days there. Got a steroid shot. Physical therapy seems to be

helping. I have one lingering issue where my right leg isn't back to full strength. Whatever happened

with the nerve during the several days where it was just kind of inflamed and crazy,

I'm doing physical therapy to kind of get the full strength

back in the right leg. It's really weird. It's numb. At least it doesn't hurt, but the knee's numb

and there's some numbness down the shin, but the knee just doesn't want to fully work the way that

it should. And that's an important piece of information.

As I share a personal story that I now feel compelled to say is not made up, it's not

embellished, there's no fabrication.

This actually did happen on Saturday.

We got about eight acres here, and you may have seen in the past photos of the land that kind of rolls down, the barns down there.

There's a tree line, but there's a flat area at the top, decent size, patio, grill, grass area.

And sometimes my wife will take the dog out front to do her business sometimes we'll take her out back

she prefers to go out front because she can look down the hill and see her friends she's got some

dogs that she barks at and they bark at her and she wouldn't interact well with them but they at least
