We're to get to the top waiver ads for week nine in a second here,

but we got to talk about the injuries from week eight first.

And I was ready to come on.

I was ready to say how we really avoided a lot of major injuries this week finally.

I know we had James Winston get knocked out for the year.

We'll talk about that in a second,

but didn't seem too busy on the injury front Sunday.

And then this morning we find out from Adam Schefter, Derek Henry might be out for the season.

And Henry did leave yesterday's game with a foot issue.

He played through it, but didn't seem to be any immediate concern expressed from the team that it was going to be serious.

Now we know that it is. Ian Rappaport saying that it was going to be serious now we know that it is

ian rapapur saying that henry's going to undergo surgery today on his foot and he will be out

six to ten weeks and really the titans should play it safe here and i've been looking at what

a lot of the medical analysts have been saying and really it seems like he's going to be on the

longer range

of outcomes there i wouldn't expect him back before eight weeks so you're not going to see him for

the rest of the fantasy season and either way i mean this is just a sad one right we're losing

one of if not the most exciting fantasy weapon out there and there's so much to consider so much

we have to go through obviously we're wishing hen the best in his recovery. He's going to be 28 in January. You've got to take that into consideration now. He start to wonder, I mean, how much longer does he have as an elite fantasy option here? I don't want to doubt Derek Henry, but he's starting to get a little older and now this injury is not going to help that. And we know time is not kind to running backs. But you think about the Titans too who have the best record in the AFC. They are six and two. This is just a vicious blow to their playoff. And really, their Super Bowl hopes, they were real contenders at this point. They just put Darrington Evans back on IR. So So right now, if you're looking at their backfield, they have Jeremy McNichols, who has had some moments this season, but really he profiles as more of a pass catcher, more of a complimentary back, right? Not necessarily that lead guy that you want to be trotting out there. They have Dantrell Hilliard, who was promoted to the game day roster yesterday, but he's somebody who's bounced around the league for really a while here, not
