You are one of the three stars of my favorite podcast, five to four podcast about how great the

Supreme Court is, but only one of you will show up on my podcast, but that's fine. I know.

And all of us can slum it over here. Not everyone can, but how's it going? It seems like those guys are doing great.

Yeah, it's been an eventful year, I guess. I think that anyone who was like particularly delusioned about where the court might be vis-a-vis Trump has had that washed away this year.

They spent the first nine months or so just smacking

down every district court who tried to stand in his way. And now the term is underway. The 2025,

26 term is underway. And it's sort of more of the same. You know, I try not to follow oral arguments

too much. I feel like that's like watching pre of the same. You know, I try not to follow oral arguments too much.

I feel like that's like watching preseason football.

It's like, just wait, you know, just wait to see what they say.

But it's hard to kind of peel my eyes away at the same time.

My general sense is that several of the conservatives are rotting their brains on Twitter or somewhere else.

Like Brett Kavanaugh just seems much more sort of right wing, like red-pilled than he used to be.

Gorsuch sort of the same way, all hopes of moderation out the window.
