Hi, Finn. Thanks for having me. It's great to have you here. And I got to say you first came on my

radar a few years back. And since since then I've been a huge fan of

your blog which we will link to in the show notes and normally I'd say you know let's spend a few

minutes going into your background but you did make an appearance on the free trail podcast also

in our space earlier last year I thought you did an excellent job taking care of that.

So I figure we'll just link to that in the show notes and encourage folks to listen there for a good

setup because I think there's so much to talk about. In terms of themes, I'd love to talk about

the athlete and team sponsorship worlds, the event and live coverage landscape, lessons from other niche sports.
