Leah Yingling and Brett Hornig. It's Bandera 100K race week.

Traditionally, this has been the first golden ticket up for grabs, I think. It's changed a bit in

years past, but I don't know. It's a new year, and I feel like it's the first of something. So we're

here. And I think before we get into our standard index of topics, one of the cool things is that I should probably talk little to none this episode because Brett and Leah have so much course, knowledge and experience here.

If anything, I'm probably undermining or hurting the conversation somehow.

So can we brag a little bit before we get started? Leah, what's your, what's your

background here? Yeah, so I have run this race once, which was last year. It was my attempt at a

golden ticket where I failed miserably and got, I ran out, I had a decent race at the end of the day.

course in the world. But yeah, it's a fun one and fun early season race, which historically

doesn't end up being the most stacked golden ticket race, which, and I think we're seeing similar
