Hey everybody. We're going to pick up on my conversation with Pete Wells in

in progress, but I want to say that I'm going to do a special thing this week. So I'd

recorded a podcast with Chris McQuarrie,

and it's great and amazing

and a really vintage kind of episode of the moment.

But Pete Wells wrote this review about Peter Luger last week that has just been like huge news

all over the country and Pete and I are friendly and he came in to have this conversation

and I want to get it up here now while we are

engaged with this conversation so here's what we're going to do. Today is Pete

Wells and I'm going to do a special thing and tomorrow will put up Chris

Macquarie so that this way you'll get both episodes new episodes listen to

them as you want but I wanted to get both out there into the world and I think rather than holding Chris

for another week let's just say in 24 hours you get Chris McCquarie but right

now you get to dive into this great fascinating it wasn't really contentious

conversation with Pete but we absolutely disagree because I love Peter

Lugar I it's I think it's the best steakhouse in the world and he does not think so and you can hear why when we talk now.

We're picking up in progress talking about a bunch of other stuff which I loved because it gives you a sense of who Pete Wells is.
