Summary

As the year comes to a close, I've been reflecting on goals of mine that I have and haven't accomplished. While doing this, I've realized that I tend to put much more emphasize on what I haven't completed than what I have.

In today's episode, I talk about:
- Looking at things with a negative perspective
- Scarcity vs Abundance mindsets
- 5 realistic ways to redirect your thinking
