My name is Joel Mark Whit and I'm Antonia Dodge.

You know, there's a difference between personality and type, but we actually talk about personality

types.

We combine those two words, but type is something a little different than personality

Antonia.

And I'd like to, on today's show, talk a little about the differences of these.

Why do we conflate personality and type?

And what are the distinctions and how can we be thinking about this in a way that helps

us with personal growth, attuning to, I guess, moving forward in the world and how we're

wired and using this in the best way possible?

Yeah.

And why does it even matter, right?

Like why create a distinction between personality and type and maybe some other related

terms, like personality traits?

Well, because we're personality hacker podcasts.

That's what we do.

We tend to make distinctions when we do these kinds of recordings.

Well, and I think the distinctions are important because it gives us an opportunity to zoom out

a little bit.

It's kind of like that old adage that business people will say, stop working in your business

and work on your business.
