Good afternoon, everyone.

Our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

As always, a heartfelt thank you to all of our followers and supporters.

And it's truly, as I always say, every week a very humbling experience to be able to share our collective knowledge and background and training with a worldwide audience.

And I guess my dad was right.

I'm truly blown away how far this podcast has evolved.

And it's so cool to talk to people from all different parts of the world.

And what I found or find, I think, is true.

I think we have many more similarities than we do differences.

But if you look at the way the world is today and how it's depicted on social media and just

the media in general, it shows us as a much more fractured

and divided sense of community worldwide.

But just also today is Easter.

So a happy Easter to all of you guys who celebrate this holiday. I've said it

before, is born and raised Catholic. And as Bruce Springsteen put it, once you're Catholic,

there's no getting out. But as I've grown older, I think I've become much more spiritual, but I do remember the prayers, the incantations, that is the foundation of my faith.

And I give thanks to God every single day.

And I can tell you, as doing that as part of my life, the blessings that have come into my life and our family have been amazing.

And having faith in something bigger than yourself, I think it takes effort.

It takes trust. It takes, it takes faith.

And I attribute the success of our podcasts, of our private practice, of our health,

and the material things that we have, or the just the cognitive abilities uh to god and um
