So as we move into spring, the weather is getting a little nicer, at least in this part of the world.

find the right therapist and I thought it's it's a it's a great question it's like you

know everybody like like like Jerry Seinfeld i think made an observation

like uh you got to see my doctor because he's the best uh not everybody can be the best in in any

any field and people have specialties and you know finding right clinician. And I am very privileged to work with

clinicians from across multiple disciplines, whether that's psychotherapy, trauma specialists,

prescribers, including my wife, but also other colleagues who specialize in children or work

with a variety of different individuals. So there's a lot of different acronyms, and I don't know,

please forgive me if I, you know, because we have such a wide audience there's there's um to be an effective therapist

um or if you want to see somebody i would strongly suggest that you see somebody who has
