It is Dr. Nigro again with our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

As always, much gratitude to all the followers that we have across the globe.

Never thought this podcast would take off like it has.

It's been a privilege to talk with and interact with so many people.

It's been a fascinating experience,

learning just different cultures, even parts of our own country, and realizing, I think I

may be mentioned to this last week, realizing how actually similar we are than different.

And in these times of such division,

the world is pitted against itself,

whether it's religious ideologies or political ideologies,

you know, the advent of social media, I think, has really

been a huge part of this in terms of transmission information and what do you believe and who do you

trust. But I have come to believe that there are good people out there that still have faith in humanity in

general.

You know, there's a lot of fear that I think we deal with on a daily basis as we navigate

through life.

Life is unpredictable.

We try to control as much as we can. But sometimes there are

curveballs that we are not prepared to handle. And sometimes those curveballs can lead to

a variety of complications, whether that's an illness, a relational problem, work-related problem, but none of us, independent of our education,

our race, our socioeconomic status, our political opinion, the color of our skin, our nationality,
