but she was just looking and suggested from what a lot of people were commenting on and

writing about was, can I do an episode on personality disorders?

And I'm sure I did one sometime along the journey of doing the podcast, but I'm going to revisit it again

today because we have a lot of new people who have joined listening.

And this is probably, not probably, this is the most, if you look at, if you look at terms

like episodes and what people reach out to me a lot about are personality disorders. And

it's an area that I'm very fortunate, I've been really well trained in.

And they're interesting because they're, it's about a person.

It's about patterns.

And when we talk about, before we talk like disordered personality, I'm going to break personality down into it's an incredibly complex construct because it is essentially who we are.

And that who we are is more or less broken down into my view of myself, my view of other people, my view of the world

around me, and the conclusions that I draw. And that is what helps us navigate the world,

work, relationships, friendships, friendships, social dynamics, how we handle criticism,

how we handle praise, how we respond to love, how we respond to rejection, how we respond
