what does mindfulness mean to you, Taise?

Well, for me, I would say mindfulness has been a really personal journey that I've been on.

And mindfulness, to me, I mean, the first word that comes up for me is actually emotional regulation.

And mindfulness was an entry point for me into being able to better understand and witness my thoughts,

my emotions, and not be so identified with them all the time. And through doing that, I was able to

really start reprogramming and transforming patterns at the thought and emotional level that were

no longer serving me, really from like my subconscious upwards. And so mindfulness is a really special
