0:50.7	Nice to be here. Well, I'm glad that I'm here because right now we're in the midst of a little hurricane action going on.
0:56.0	So I was thinking to myself, am I going to get on this phone call today. I'm going to get on this podcast. And thankfully I am. So Nirm, let's kick it off by just giving a little bit background of yourself. You know, I would love to even know when you came to this country. I love to know why software engineer. And then finish it off by saying why multifamily.
1:11.6	Sure, you know, I came to this country about more than 20 years back to do my higher studies.
1:20.6	I mean, I did my master's in engineering. Engineering was, you know, my background.
1:26.6	So did my schooling in engineering, then I moved around the country for a while,
1:31.6	doing, you know, various jobs at different places.
1:35.5	And then I finally came to Colorado, you know, 16, 17 years back,
1:40.6	and, you know, just fell in love with the place, the mountains,
1:44.8	the beauty around it, and then I just stayed here.
1:48.7	So that's my journey through the country,
1:52.7	but I lived in a lot of places, you know, East Coast, West Coast,
1:56.1	seeing the country, traveled around.
1:59.6	And then, you know, my career started in software engineering,
2:04.5	being at it, you know, I managed a team of developers. I was doing good, you know,
2:11.4	was doing good. But, you know, as my career progressed, you know, I started to feel the
2:17.0	glass ceiling. You know, there is career progressed, you know, I started to feel the glass ceiling.
2:18.1	You know, there is a glass ceiling that is a little bit hard to break.
