Nice to be here. Well, I'm glad that I'm here because right now we're in the midst of a little hurricane action going on.

So I was thinking to myself, am I going to get on this phone call today. I'm going to get on this podcast. And thankfully I am. So Nirm, let's kick it off by just giving a little bit background of yourself. You know, I would love to even know when you came to this country. I love to know why software engineer. And then finish it off by saying why multifamily.

Sure, you know, I came to this country about more than 20 years back to do my higher studies.

I mean, I did my master's in engineering. Engineering was, you know, my background.

So did my schooling in engineering, then I moved around the country for a while,

doing, you know, various jobs at different places.

And then I finally came to Colorado, you know, 16, 17 years back,

and, you know, just fell in love with the place, the mountains,

the beauty around it, and then I just stayed here.

So that's my journey through the country,

but I lived in a lot of places, you know, East Coast, West Coast,

seeing the country, traveled around.

And then, you know, my career started in software engineering,

being at it, you know, I managed a team of developers. I was doing good, you know,

was doing good. But, you know, as my career progressed, you know, I started to feel the
