Hi, everyone. I'm Danielle Gill. Welcome back to the Danielle Gill Show. Well, today we have a very interesting show for you. We are going to talk to the lawyer who covers First Amendment issues like freedom of speech, freedom of religion. We're going to talk to him who has been representing Bevelin Beattie. You may remember Bevelin Beattie. She's such a sweet soul. She was in one of my dad's

movies, actually. She's this amazing pro-life activist who is a born-again Christian. She was protesting

at an abortion clinic in New York in sometime during the Biden era, a couple of years back,

but basically sadly got arrested.

Unfortunately, it was found guilty of violating the face act, which basically says, oh, you know,

you can't obstruct anyone from entering an abortion facility.

It was very politicized, was definitely targeted in a sense of, you know, she was, she kind of became a

casualty of the, um, the Dobbs decision, I think, because the Dobbs decision came out. And at the time, the left was

outraged. They were outraged that Roe had been overturned. And I think that the Biden DOJ, in my opinion,

was looking for victims, looking for people to blame. Um, of course, did not want the pro-life

movement to, uh, take any steam from this. So I think

unfortunately, Bevelin was one of the people that was very much unfairly treated because the

sentencing she got was far stricter, was far beyond what someone would normally have gotten

for what she was doing. But anyways, we're going to dive into the details of that case.

What happened with Bevelin and what she is up to now. So we're going to talk with her lawyer
