No. Have you read your book and audio?

I didn't actually read this one, but I did read the last one, the Eggs Benedict option. The audiobook is me. Yeah, it's me.

Oh, my gosh. Amazing. Well, let's start off by maybe you're telling us a little bit

about what inspired you to write this book. Of course. So in 2022, I was in a Tucker Carlson

documentary called The End of Men with RFK Jr. and some other people, and it was about testosterone decline as a political

phenomenon, social and political phenomenon. So there's been a generational decline in testosterone,

that's the master male hormone, the hormone that makes men, men rather rather than women, it's been declining at a rate of

about 1% year on year for decades. And this is a big thing. It's a big, it's a big problem,

biological problem that isn't really actually taken seriously. I think in large part because

men's problems aren't really taken seriously.
