Everybody on this call, we're all striving to become entrepreneurs. At Jake and Gino, we create multifamily entrepreneurs. If you're getting into the syndication business, it's all out creating systems. It's all about building a business. And what's exciting about syndication is there's so many different facets of it. Do you want to be the asset manager? Do you want to be boots on the ground? Do you want to raise capital? Do you want to be the contracting element of it? There's so many different facets of it. But what we're going to be going through in this presentation really is core values, mission statements, our cadence of accountability, all these things that you need when you start scaling up. When
