Summary
In honour of World Menopause Day (October 18th) and in partnership with Marcelle Cosmetics, Renee sits down with Amanda Thebe, fitness and menopause advocate, author, and all-around powerhouse, for a candid conversation about what it really means to thrive through menopause.
Amanda opens up about her personal journey through perimenopause and menopause, from the first confusing symptoms to the mental and physical changes that transformed her daily life. She shares the knowledge she wishes she had sooner, the power of community and education, and why breaking the stigma around menopause is long overdue.
We also dive into the incredible science of menopausal skin health, and how hormonal shifts can impact everything from collagen to confidence. Amanda discusses her partnership with Marcelle Cosmetics and their Revival+ Vitality Collection, a skincare line co-created with 400 Canadian women in menopause with sensitive skin to truly meet women where they are.
This episode is a powerful reminder that menopause isn’t something to fear, it’s something to own, fully and unapologetically.
💫 World Menopause Day is October 18th, and Marcelle Cosmetics will be at The National Menopause Show in Toronto, October 18–19 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Join the conversation, learn, and celebrate women at every age and stage.
