girls. We actually have all these common friends, Like she went out to Alex Clark's studio, recorded with her. I just had Alex on the show this season. We've got Carrie Cam Packas here in Birmingham. She lives in like one of my best friends in Nashville's backyard. You've got it going on. But tell everybody a little bit about if they don't know who you are. How did you get started down this path?

Tell them all your credentials, just like a little bit of a snapshot of who Kare Clark is.

Yeah, the snapshot is I've been doing this for 18 years, maybe a little longer because I don't think I math well anymore.

But since I was 22 years old, I studied broadcast journalism in college, which actually

helped me out a lot. But I was a collegiate athlete, which I always share because it really shaped

the way I understood the body, I think, on a higher level. And I anticipated wanting to perform

every day the rest of my life. And so that's how I kind of built my business and my philosophy around performance,

nutrition, whether you're an athlete or not.

So that's kind of the long short or the short version of the long story of how I got started.

I did a nutrition certification right out of college.

And then I enrolled in master's program nutrition

of science and studied it from the clinical perspective of what I wanted to study. I had already
