So, Kate, we were reading recently a Wall Street Journal article

that suggested annual reviews are a terrible way to evaluate employees.

Ouch. Yeah. Now, the statement itself, the implication is wrong on so many levels and the

article itself, brings up feedback and check-ins, check-ins being this confusing

mishmash of ideas, which we'll explain.
