We're talking with Johnny Whale, who I think will have come to most people's attention as part of the Hoob Wattbike team that sort of, well I think it's fair to say they transformed the team pursuit discipline and the track a few years back.

Johnny has since gone on to, well he's won British National Track Championships.

He represented Scotland at the Commonwealth Games despite his Wales name and he is now a coach and performance consultant and well as I suppose notably for this conversation he is Dan Biggums coach he is also if you look
