Do you identify as a perfectionist?

and there's a whole lot of information already out there about perfectionism,

it's dangers, it's limitations, the fact that it's total insanity, if you ask me to always

think that you have to be perfect.

It's impossible, unreachable, will make you miserable.

But I know this comes up, because it comes up

a lot in self-coaching society.

And so I just want to say three things about perfectionism today.

And if you, again, identify as a perfectionist,

this could be a little fun something to think about and if you're like me you're not a

perfectionist, that's not how you identify. Maybe forward this to a friend who is because it can bring them

Here is a really important point I want to make about perfectionism

that I think a lot of us don't think about.

Perfection isn't success. Here's why. We don't succeed alone. And in many cases, if we want to succeed in anything, it requires us to ask for help.

And perfectionists rarely allow themselves to do that.

They think they're asking for help is weak,

makes them look inadequate, as if there's something wrong.
