I'm going to before. Before we start, create a space, decide on a space in which you will meditate.

Naturally, as the aim of this meditation is your sleep, the logical place for you to meditate is your bed. But it's your choice.

Prepare the space,

put on comfortable clothing your pyjamas, ensure you are safe and climb into

and climb into bed or set yourself down in the place you have chosen on.

Or set yourself down.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. Come into the space. Invite yourself mindfully and physically into the space.

Allow yourself to feel the way you do right now. It's okay.

Whatever occurs. Whatever occurred in prior moments, it's okay.

In this meditation we will gradually relax. Progressively relax.

As we meditate,

Allow it to do so. It's okay. It's all right. Relax, release the body and breathe and your focus upon breath and releasing the body. Say to yourself, I don't care, I don't care.

Say to yourself, I allow myself to be me as I allow myself to be me as I am right now. It's okay. Just the fact I'm attempting to meditate is a plus.
