And the old saying goes, you know, practice makes perfect, you know, quote unquote.

And I've always hated hearing that for the simple fact of if you practice like shit, how could that make something perfect? It can't. Plain and simple, if you practice and you don't give it your all and you don't take it serious, you don't push yourself, you're never going to be perfect. If you practice the same shitty lifting techniques, you're going to become a really shitty lifter. If you practice the same terrible golf techniques, you're going to become a really

Think back to your days in kindergarten, right? The whole purpose of kindergarten was to prepare you for the first grade

Teach you not to pee your pants teach you not to you know shit the bed pick your nose be mean to other kids really basic stuff right that's what we learn in kindergarten. And the first grade was to pray for the second grade and so on. The point is that the preparation is important and it has to be done right and if it's not, you're never going to get to where you ultimately wish to go. The reason you can't go from third grade to the ninth grade is because you're not prepared yet. It's the same reason you can't go from mailroom clerk to C.E. overnight. You're simply not prepared.
