Hello my friends.

0:07.0

Today we reflect on the question, what is the physical body and something for which I've been

0:15.8

criticized a lot but I've stuck by it, what is the quantum mechanical body?

0:27.0

So let's explore this a little bit.

0:30.0

Physics informs us that the basic fabric of nature lies at the quantum level, at least for the material body and the material universe. this level is beyond atoms and molecules.

0:48.0

A quantum is best defined as a unit of matter or energy and it is about 10 million to a hundred million times

1:00.1

smaller than the smallest atom. At this level matter and energy become

1:06.9

interchangeable. All Quanta are made of invisible vibrations.

1:13.0

Metaphorically speaking, ghosts of energy,

1:16.0

waiting to take physical home.

1:20.0

These ghosts of energy have frequently been referred to as virtual particles.

1:25.6

Aireveda says that the same is true of the human body after all it is also perceived

1:32.0

like any other thing that is physical.

1:35.0

That the human body first takes form as intense but invisible vibrations.

1:42.0

And these are called quantum fluctuations.

1:45.0

And then it proceeds to coalesce into impulses of energy

1:50.0

and ultimately to be experienced as particles of matter.

1:56.7

The quantum mechanical body, therefore,

1:59.2

is the underlying basis for everything we are.

2:02.4

Thoughts, emotions, molecules, proteins, cells, organs,

2:07.0

any visible or invisible part of ourselves.

2:28.0

What would it look like or what would it mean to focus on the underlying quantum mechanical nature of our physical body.
