Hello my friends, welcome back. Today we begin by asking ourselves the following question,

is there such a state as perfect health?

I believe there is. I believe perfect health is a state of being, a state of

consciousness. It's not about physical health, it's not about emotional health. It's not about emotional health. It actually is that which

exists in all of us,

pure being a place of perfect self-regulation,

self-organization, self-evolution homeostasis. Homeostasis means perfect self-regulation

as a state of being.

So this is a non-place and yet it's a place because every experience we have is in our

consciousness. So we can say therefore comfortably that there exists in every person a place that is free from disease

pure consciousness that never feels pain again pure consciousness that cannot age or die because

it's non-local not in space and time.

When we go back to this place, which is our ground state,

limitations which all of us accept cease to exist. They're not even entertained as a possibility. So this is the place,

pure consciousness, that I'm calling perfect health.

The first secret you should know about perfect health is that you have to choose it. You have to shift your identity from the experience that we call the body mind to the awareness in which the body mind is an ongoing timeless

changing experience.
