This week we continue our journey to perfect health.

The same is true of your body. The constant stream of

change is controlled at the quantum level of the mind and body system.

To change the printout of the body,

you must learn to rewrite the software of the mind.

Your body is a changing form.

It's a changing phenomenon.

Your stomach cells recycle every five days.

Your skin recycles once a month. Your liver recycles every six weeks.

Even your skeleton, which seems hard and solid, actually recycles every three months and the DNA which

holds the memories of millions of years of evolutionary time recycles every six weeks like migratory birds.
