Can you give a brief intro for the audience about your background in cultivation

and what brought you all the way to where you are now with Growers House? Sure. So I started kind of

like at home after I got all the military in like 2011 and I liked it. It was. And then I ended up moving to Arizona and I got a job at a commercial cultivation. And that was pretty fun. But, you know, we really didn't know what we were doing. Like, even the guy that was in charge didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. So I decided, you know, I got a GI Bill. I'll go to school. So I went to the U of A.

They have a really good agriculture program. I got a degree in Ag Tech management with

the controlled environment ag focus. So like greenhouses, stuff like that. And then I started

working actually in conventional ag for an ag supplier for about four years. So that gave me a lot

of good experience on how like the

standard conventional ag world works and a lot of the regulation information. And then at that time,

I was also helping Nate Lipton, the CEO of Growers House, with his company and just getting

his sales staff kind of trained up on newer techniques as well.

And we just kind of talked and he's a great guy and I wouldn't mind working for him.

And so I asked him if he was hiring. And so I jumped on.

We we kind of launched like a consulting thing because we saw the need to bring higher level

knowledge just to maybe even just save on like water like you just

use efficiencies that come with farming that needed to come into cannabis.

So once we once we established the consulting, I basically am now one of their technical

crop advisors.

I go through, you know, my region and I have all of our growers basically try to optimize their

grow as far as like what they're using and how they're using it, maximizing cost efficiencies,
