Today, Puerto Rican visual artist Peppono Sorio and the accumulation of memory.

The art that Pepon Osorio makes is not something that you just see.

You actually experience it.

Because his work is big installations full of objects,

of sounds of images that take over entire rooms,

full of layers of Latino culture and memorabilia.

Each of Peppono Sorio's installations can take him three to four years to build.

And it's in part because of the intricacy of his creations, that his work is rarely on view in museums or galleries.
