month to really provide support for them. They have my personal phone number. They can text me at any

point. And then once a month, we get together on Zoom to go through all of their metabolic questions.

It ends up being a lot to do with body recomposition because the peptides

work so well in quieting food noise and building muscle and helping with sleep and recovery that
