She was unable to make it down here for the show today, but I am.

And I'm going to talk about, well, what I did last week.

And so this is, I don't think we actually discussed it on a show leading up to Friday of what I was going to be doing for my other show for Fox 12 now, the one on Fox 12th, Oregon. And

last year, you may recall that I had in studio for that Steve Seaberry, the man who runs the PDX

Hot Sauce Festival, and Ed Curry, smoking Ed Curry, those of you who are into hot sauces

or hot peppers know who that is. He's like the king of all of that. And that's because he

keeps on inventing hotter peppers and hotter peppers and hotter peppers.

He's like this weird mad scientist, which I think I called him, not to his face,

that continues to create these incredibly hot peppers, like Scholville ratings, which I didn't

know what the Sch Skullville was.

And I keep on forgetting how that works, but that ranks the heat of things.

And I think the, the Reaper pepper is like 3,000 times hotter than a habanero or something

along those lines, thousands of times hotter.
