So I have made a lot of changes and pivots and transitions over the last few years and

I'm guessing you probably have to as constantly evolving women we do that, but I love talking

about change in particular uncertainty because obviously as humans we're not built for

uncertainties.

So navigating change in transitions feels awkward and uncomfortable, but we can build up

the muscle when we're making those tiny little changes and just believing in our ability

to figure it out.
