Hey girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode, and if this is your first time listening in to

empower her hello I'm Kaysha and I'm very pumped that you're here and if you

listen before you know this but if you haven't I like to think of this podcast like we're

girlfriends like we're chatting over coffee or wine or spicy margarita and we're

just figuring out life together. This is a podcast that's like come with me, not like look at me. I just want to be real with you.

And that being said, I feel like I need to just acknowledge that right now I'm actually sitting on the floor like actually the floor of our empty condo in

downtown San Diego my right butt cheek is kind of falling asleep and I have this

little tent around me that like looks like a cardboard I mean it is a cardboard box. It's like a tent of cardboard because we are about to move from San Diego to Austin Texas and at the time that I'm recording this podcast,

it's right before we start our road trip.

So we sold all of our stuff, and we are only taking

what we can fit into our car.

And the time that this episode is released is in a couple of days on
