This is episode number 450 which is wild and it's also really crazy because we've passed

seven million downloads of the podcast and we actually passed it a couple weeks ago and

I literally just forgot to check the downloads and I am a huge proponent of being the type

of person who celebrates milestones and I never want to skip over a milestone because

I think reflecting on how far you've come is really important and I remember when I started

this podcast and I was so sweaty and awkward and I was like is anyone going to listen
