Summary

Today is a juicy conversation about keeping SCORE with the people around us and how much that can negatively impact us AND our relationships, whether that is with you significant other, your girl friends, coworkers, family, or whoever it might be. I want to share you times I have caught myself keeping tally in my head and keeping score that you might resonate with, where we feel like we are trying to prove to ourselves that we are showing up BETTER than people around us, and how that actually creates DISTANCE us rather than create the deep connection we are craving. And I don’t want you to go through life with a score card that creates resentment, so I think you’re really going really going to vibe this!
