Girl, I am so excited to be here for today's episode because if you're listening to this

the first Monday of the New Year and I know some of you don't really love the hype

of a new year and you're like, it's just another day and I get that.

But there is this natural buzz and I for one I'm really excited about a fresh new slate

and all the goals and dreams you might have on your heart right now are just the vision

that you have for your life and my goal today's episode is honestly just to lie a little

fire under your booty and to share with you one thing that if you focus on it this year

I truly believe you can create whatever it is that you want to create this year.

You can make any of your goals a reality and do you want to know what it is?

Okay, the thing is to focus in on how you feel about yourself when you're by yourself.

And I understand you might be thinking in case like, well, I have goals to 10X my business

or to change career password to save a certain amount of money or to weigh a certain amount

or whatever.

And those goals are important and those are very tangible specific goals.
