This is going to be short and fiery and you know if you've listened to this podcast before

I like to think of us like we're girlfriends chatting over wine, coffee, spicy margarita,

but here's the thing.

I'm like your saucy friend meeting I'm going to call BS if you're saying statements that

aren't serving you.

So I'm going to call BS if you catch yourself repeating over and over the statement I don't

know what I want because that's not serving you girl because truly even if you feel like

you don't know what you want, that statement is not going to get you closer.

So my goal is by the end of this pep talk episode that I'm reminding you, essentially

of your power like right here right now to get out of your own damn way and build a life

that you're obsessed with, but it's going to start with some of the statements that you're

saying to yourself.
