Girl, I'm so excited you're here for today's episode because I really wanted to talk

to you if you are in a season of anticipating something about to happen.

Maybe it is your waiting for really fun big event like a wedding or something like a

trip that you're really excited about or maybe you're waiting to hear news about a job

that you apply to or a promotion or a master's program or if your significant other is

going to get a job in a different location you're going to move to a new city or just kind

of in that weird in between stage where you're anticipating something that is really

drastically going to impact your life but you're not there yet because what I've noticed

is we often default into two different camps when we're in this anticipation season.

One is we get really excited.

The other one is that we get really anxious and let me just give you an example of this.

So my best friend Jackie just got married last weekend and you probably heard me talk

about Jackie on the podcast before we've been best friends for 15 years.

She does all of the behind the scenes for empower her with podcasts with retreats with

the events and I'm obsessed with her obviously.
