We're talking about people pleasing because people pleasing is real and it makes sense right

because it's humans we're wired to want to belong we're wired to want to be liked by others

Which is why I don't actually believe that people who say things like screw the haters or you know I don't give a crap what anybody else thinks about me I just stay in my own lane

I believe those people have good intentions like their intention is to keep their blinders on right and to not

worry what everybody else is doing or what everybody else is thinking about them.

I think that intention is good, but I don't believe truly as humans that we can actually go through life

when we're wired to want to belong and want to be liked, not

caring at all what other people think unless we're like sociopaths, right?

Which obviously if you're listening to this podcast called Empower Her about personal growth you're not a sociopath, but you get it right it it makes sense
